What we are building
- On device answers: a compact model runs on the phone and handles the common questions without a connection.
- Cloud fallback for the hard ones: when the on device answer is not confident, it asks a larger model and tells you it did.
- First release covers the Housing Choice Voucher and Project Based Voucher programs. Other programs follow.
- Native iOS app with standard App Store subscription billing.
