- A full HOPWA NSPIRE unit inspection workflow on a phone or tablet.
- Carbon monoxide and smoke alarm self certification for STRMU and PHP assistance.
- Deficiency correction timeline tracking, so nothing that has to be fixed in 24 hours or 30 days gets lost.
- Virtual inspection support for units that cannot be visited in person.
- One record per unit that all three roles can see.
