Cliff
Most homeowners do not have a friend who inspects houses for a living. Cliff is that friend, as an app: a live avatar of Cliff Kornegay, speaking in his voice, answering the questions a first time homeowner has about the furnace, the roof, the strange noise, and whether this is a call-someone problem or a Saturday problem.

What we are building
- Ask a question out loud or by typing and get an answer from a live avatar with a real inspector's judgment behind it.
- Maintenance, repairs, what is normal and what is not, and when to call a professional.
- A TV helper: point the phone camera at the television and get walked through the settings button by button, to turn off ads and tracking and get back to one remote.
- Subscription, on the phone, no sales pitch for a contractor on the other end.
